What we collect

When you sign up for TradePlan we collect your name, email address, and company details, along with the client, quote, job, and invoice data you enter while using the app. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to help us fix bugs and improve the product.

Cookies

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may set cookies in your browser. The TradePlan app itself uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in — this isn't used for tracking or advertising.

How we use your data

We use your data to provide the TradePlan service, respond to support requests, and send account-related emails (password resets, invoice/quote notifications you trigger). We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data lives

TradePlan is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Your data is stored in a managed Postgres database and is only accessible to your company's own team members.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us below.
